"Azuga FleetMobile has been one of our most successful and well-received technologies since it was launched in 2014, and we couldn't be more excited to kick off the new year by announcing it will be free for all Azuga customers," said Ananth Rani, Azuga's CEO and founder. "As we continue to grow as a company, develop new technologies and build new beneficial partnerships, we look to continuing to bring new innovative features to market to better serve our customers."

The company has seen record growth over the past year, and has doubled its customer growth rate. In the fourth quarter, the company saw a 500% increase in new fleet customer acquisitions.

Azuga also announced a new executive hire and a headquarters relocation plan. The company hired former Fleetmatics and Verizon Telematics manager Derek Few as executive vice president of worldwide sales. Also, the company plans to move its headquarters in Fremont to accomodate its expanding hiring initiative.
