ARI’s Linda Martin Honored by Inland Truck Parts

MT. LAUREL, N.J. – ARI, Automotive Resources International, a leading global provider of complex car and truck fleet services, announced that Inland Truck Parts Company (ITP) has honored Linda Martin, ARI account development representative, for superior customer service.

MT. LAUREL, N.J.– ARI, Automotive Resources International, a leading global provider of complex car and truck fleet services, announced that Inland Truck Parts Company (ITP) has honored Linda Martin (pictured), ARI account development representative, for superior customer service.

The award, presented to Ms. Martin by ITP Vice President/CFO Greg Klein, congratulates “Linda Martin and ARI in recognition of your loyal support and friendship.”

According to Mr. Klein, “We really appreciate our longstanding partnership with ARI and with Linda. Linda is one of our favorite people, always willing to help our company in any way she can. It’s a win-win situation.”

“We are proud to have partnered with ITP for 30 years, and we greatly appreciate this recognition,” commented Jim Hews, ARI Director of Sales – South, “Linda is a stellar example of ARI’s own Partners In Excellence program, which encourages and rewards employees for service excellence.”

Ms. Martin has over 26 years experience in the fleet management industry and joined ARI in 1989. Her many accomplishments include five Partners In Excellence awards for exemplary customer service, including two in 2010. In addition, she received ARI’s prestigious PIE Plus Award in 2006 for recommending internal process and cost savings improvements.
