ARI, a leading global fleet services provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, was presented with a Bronze Stevie Award in the Contact Center of the Year (over 100 seats) category in the seventh Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.
ARI operates six call centers throughout North America that operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. ARI’s award in the Contact Center of the Year category recognizes the three U.S. centers, which employ 363 service technicians, most certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). ARI has 42 ASE World-Class Technicians on staff, more than any other single company. The company also has 181 Master Technicians and 320 Certified Technicians. Altogether, ARI technicians hold more than 3411 certifications. In 2012, the U.S. call centers received more than 3.4 million calls.
Ted Davis, ARI’s director of call center operations said, “ARI has strived to assemble the fleet management industry’s most skilled team of technicians, who work every day at providing our customers with superior customer service and top-quality advice with regard to their fleets, so that their vehicles stay on the road running efficiently, not in the shop.
Having the largest single staff anywhere of ASE World-Class technicians has played a very big part in our receiving this recognition,” Davis continued. “And, I want to congratulate each member of the team for his or her dedication and outstanding efforts.”
More than 1,100 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year’s competition. More than 100 members of eight specialized judging committees determined Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, February 25 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 300 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.
