MT. LAUREL, N.J. – Automotive Resources International (ARI) recently held the second in a series of Customer Technology Advisory Meetings.
Automotive Resources International (ARI) recently held the second in a series of Customer Technology Advisory Meetings. On a collaborative mission, ARI and a targeted group of clients, representing car and complex truck fleets in a cross-section of industries, evaluated the latest enhancements to the company’s new online tool, ARI insights.
ARI announced its intelligent Web-based car and truck fleet management system in mid-August 2006, and made it available for use over the past several months in a limited release at select customer locations. Clients who used the new system rated and prioritized its new features, including the intuitive Navigation, Virtual Trainer, Customizable Displays, In-session Alerts, Key Performance Indicators, Bulk Updates, and Bulk E-mail.
The new system empowers clients to do their own custom reports online, a very popular feature with the attendees. The new ARI business tool gives customers, even those with complex truck fleet operations, comprehensive actionable data about their fleets through comparative performance data, simplified interfaces, and tools that get results faster.
