MT. LAUREL, NJ – The new ARI insights Web-based car and truck fleet management system issues real-time, actionable alerts that allow customers to respond quickly to time-sensitive events. The system continuously monitors a company’s fleet database, watching for client-defined events and information updates as it processes incoming data. No matter when or where an event happens that requires attention, the system notifies the client by dispatching a popup screen alert. The alert provides a link where the fleet manager can get the information necessary to take action or make a decision. Introduced this past August, ARI insights is currently in use at select customer locations in limited release and is scheduled for general customer availability in Jan. 2007. The new ARI business tool gives customers comprehensive data about their fleets through comparative performance data and simplified interfaces.
