MT. L AUREL, NJ - Automotive Resources International (ARI) is proud to announce that employees Douglas Bastow, David Broadwater, Frank McGovern and Ron Stewart recently achieved World Class Technician status issued by the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). ARI now employs 15 out of 133 total World Class technicians certified by the Institute.

ASE credentials are a universal measurement of automotive service expertise. Technicians must pass a written exam and prove two years of relevant work experience. After achieving certification status, individuals must maintain knowledge levels and re-take assessments every five years.

"Earning this prestigious title demonstrates mastery of automotive repair knowledge, and our technicians invest a great deal of their own time into preparing for the tests," says Tony Piscopo, Manager Fleet Management Services. "ARI currently employs more World Class technicians than any other fleet management company, and this level of dedication translates into service excellence for our clients."

The Institute also recognizes the ARI Technical Resource Centers through the Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition Program. The program's emphasis is to identify establishments with a large percentage of ASE-certified professionals. It is a recognition program for businesses striving to be the best, and willing to prove their commitment. To qualify, at least 75% of technicians must be ASE certified.

"We continually invest in our most valuable asset - our employees," said Piscopo. "We consistently encourage and reward our technicians who reach ASE status."

ARI, a subsidiary of Holman Enterprises based in Mt. Laurel, N.J., is an industry leader and the largest privately-held fleet leasing and management company in the world. As a single-source fleet management leader, ARI customizes innovative solutions that streamline fleet operations, help lower the cost of fleet ownership and create long-term value for customers.
