MT. LAUREL, NJ - Automotive Resources International (ARI), a global fleet solutions provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, announces its online Green Selector Tool, which helps clients focus on fuel economy to reduce monthly operating costs while reducing emissions.

Although fuel economy and emissions data is published by the manufacturers and the EPA, collecting and comparing statistics for multiple models can be a cumbersome task for fleet managers. ARI's new tool provides an instant comparison of available vehicles by manufacturer, class and fuel consumption rating. 

"The illustrative tool was designed to help identify alternative vehicle selections that yield better fuel economy without sacrificing functionality," commented Matt Durand, manager, financial analysis and leasing. "The benefits of transitioning to a different vehicle are not always obvious, so we're making it easier for our clients to select models that are more efficient and environmentally-friendly."

Users can work with the Green Selector Tool within ARI's web-based system and also save it to their computer.
