ARI's director of enterprise architecture, Bill Powell, will participate in a panel discussion at the SAP SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG (Americas' SAP Users' Group) annual conference in Orlando, Fla., the fleet management company has announced.
The panel discussion, "Reinvent Your Business with the Real-Time Power of the Internet of Things," is scheduled for 5 p.m. on May 7 in Theater 3 of the Orange County Convention Center. Powell, along with several of his peers from some of the world's most innovative companies, will showcase how businesses such as ARI are leveraging cutting-edge SAP HANA technology to revolutionize day-to-day operations.
"The SAP HANA technology is a vital component of our global data platform that's designed to collect the millions of data points generated by a fleet on a daily basis and deliver it to the end-user as easy-to-analyze, actionable information," said Powell. "At ARI, it is critical that we get the right information to the right person at the exact moment it's needed to allow them to make the most informed business decision possible."
During the 30-minute session, Powell and his co-panelists will provide a brief overview of how each company uses the power of the SAP HANA platform to transform their daily business operations and also answer questions from those in attendance.
The SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG annual conference helps to facilitate a knowledge exchange among SAP partners to help each company maximize their use of these leading-edge business software solutions and implement best practices.
