HPI Fleet and Mobility will now operate in Europe as ARI, following the global fleet provider's finalization of its acquisition of HPI.
In early October, ARI announced it had reached terms on an agreement to purchase HPI and its related European business entities. ARI recently expanded its European operations in the UK and Germany.
ARI will now offer service to customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
ARI will manage its continental European operations from its offices in Stuttgart and Frankfurt, Germany, and its UK operations from Chippenham, England.
