MT. LAUREL, NJ - Automotive Resources International (ARI), a leading global provider of complex car and truck fleet services, announces the appointment of assistant treasurer, Brian Horwith, to vice
president of the Philadelphia Treasurers Club (PTC).
The PTC connects local finance and treasury professionals from public, private and non-profit organizations. Various events held throughout the year give these professionals the opportunity to network, exchange ideas, learn from guest speakers and engage in discussion about an array of economic and industry trends, everyday job challenges, etc.
A member since 2007, Horwith will assume his new position as vice
president for the 2010-2011 term. In this role, Horwith will arrange guest speakers for meetings and assist in coordinating other professional development opportunities for members.
"This association gives members the opportunity to connect with others around the region facing similar issues," says Horwith. "The assorted events we hold throughout the year give members a forum to discuss challenges, bounce ideas off of others in their field and share experiences. The PTC offers tremendous value for not only its members but for their respective companies, as they too reap the benefits of the exchange of information and the experiences of other organizations in the greater Philadelphia area."
