MT. LAUREL, NJ – Automotive Resources International (ARI) has introduced a new online Key Performance Indicator (KPI), real-time reporting, e-mail reminders, and a Web-based driver response system to expedite the processing of missing vehicle plate information and eliminate paper notifications. 

The new KPI provides clients with missing plate information (license plate number, state of registration, and registration expiration date) if any of the three fields are incomplete. Clients can now also download real-time reports through their customized dashboard that identify critical missing plate information, eliminating the mailed, bimonthly format. Both features are available through ARI insights, the company's Web-based fleet management system. 

ARI has also instituted an e-mail reminder and online response via ARI's Driver ACCESS Web site to replace a two-stage post card follow up process on any missing plate information. The elimination of this paper-driven process increases driver response and expedites the collection of critical data.
