NORTHBROOK, IL - Allstate Insurance Co. released its seventh annual “Allstate America's Best Drivers Report, which details collision frequency in 200 cities across the U.S. The safest city in the U.S. is Fort Collins, Colo., where the average driver experiences an auto collision every 14 years, compared to the national average of 10 years.
