Alliance AutoGas announced a substantial upswing in system sales, low emissions nozzle adoption, and the amount of gallons of gasoline displaced for 2015, according to the company.
Alliance AutoGas' 120 members displaced 45 million gallons of gasoline and produced $54 million in fuel cost savings for the fleets they service, according to the company.
"The Alliance engineered equipment segment experienced a 44% increase in overall sales in 2015," according to Ed Hoffman, president of Blossman Services Inc. "Our sales growth can also be linked back to product design."
Alliance’s simplified wiring and autogas injection technologies allows for installation without any cutting, drilling, or fabrication. Alliance's newer conversion kits can be installed in under 6 hours.
The ultra-low propane autogas nozzle, which was announced in December, has received nation-wide distribution that began February. The nozzle includes adaptors, connectors, caps and K15 valves, and the Alliance Autogas network members have already installed the new connector and low emissions nozzle at new autogas installations.
