Serres is the fourth fleet industry pioneer to be named to the Fleet Europe Hall of Fame.
The Fleet Europe Hall of Fame recognizes fleet industry leaders who have significantly contributed to the international fleet management profession.Among Serres' achievements was successfully developing and guiding the ALD organization towards an integrated global fleet services approach.
Martin Jahn, managing director of Volkswagen Group Fleet International, presented Serres with his honor on behalf of the entire fleet community. "I was delighted and proud to hear my name called out in front of all those people," Serres said after receiving the award.
Serres was chosen by Fleet Europe readers through online voting, receiving more than 1,000 votes.
