MADISON, WI – ALD International has announced the appointment of Miel Horsten as chief executive officer of its subsidiary ALD Automotive USA, headquartered in Madison, Wis.
Miel Horsten holds a Master Degree in Financial and Economic Sciences from EHSAL Management School in Brussels (Belgium).

Horsten joined ALD Automotive in Belgium in 1997, where he fulfilled the position of operations service manager. In 2003, he moved to ALD International in Paris, where he was responsible for insurance and accident management for ALD Automotive's global operations and was instrumental in the creation of ALD Re Ltd, ALD International's fully owned reinsurance company. In 2007, Horsten moved to the U.S. and accepted the position of deputy CEO after ALD Automotive started up its subsidiary in the U.S.
ALD Automotive USA is the American subsidiary of ALD Automotive, an international player in vehicle leasing and fleet management.
