TROOPER, PA – Phil Moser, National Sales Manager for Advanced Driver Training Services, Inc. (ADTS) has been awarded the Outstanding Chapter Service Award by NAFA (National Association of Fleet Administrators). A NAFA affiliate member since 1999, Moser was nominated by the New Jersey Chapter.

Since joining NAFA as an affiliate, Moser has proven an active participant in the organization's fleet safety initiatives and the New Jersey Chapter's member activities.  He has researched and secured speakers for NAFA and has served as a speaker and a session moderator at chapter meetings and the national NAFA conference.  Moser has served on and led NAFA committees, has been instrumental in chapter ride-and-drive sessions, and previously served as Chair of Safety and Maintenance for the NAFA New Jersey Chapter. He is also an active member of the NAFA Philadelphia Chapter. 

"I'm honored to be recognized by NAFA and to be affiliated with an association that has done so much to improve fleet driver safety for countless organizations," Moser said.  

Moser spent six years as a driver safety instructor with ADTS before taking on his current position as National Sales Manager in 1994.  A graduate of the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, he was an accident investigation and reconstruction specialist with the Lower Providence (PA) Police Department for 11 years before joining ADTS.  In addition to his involvement in NAFA, Moser is an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and a regular speaker at ASSE conferences.
