ADESA Manager Named “Auction Man of the Year”
ADESA Clearwater, FL, fleet/lease and sales manager Paul Matton has received the Auction Man of the Year award from the Florida Independent Automobile Dealers Association (FIADA). The award was presented during the association’s annual convention in Daytona Beach, FL.
"I am extremely honored to be the recipient of this award," Matton said. "This is the first time someone from ADESA has received it and I am pleased to have the opportunity to represent ADESA Clearwater with this prestigious award."
The Auction Man of the Year award was determined by a vote among FIADA’s 1,300 members who judged nominees based on membership recruitment and fundraising initiatives. During the year, Matton served on five association boards, recruited 12 new members to FIADA, hosted dealer membership drives at two auctions in Florida, and raised $10,100 for the Corner’s Children's Fund and Nursery. Matton also organized and garnered sponsorships for the FIADA’s annual golf tournament.
