Acura's gasoline-electric hybrid 2017 MDX compact SUV will retail for at least $52,935 when it arrives in April, Acura has announced.
The 2017 MDX Sport Hybrid is available in two configurations with the Technology Pacakge or Advance Package. The model with the Advance Package retails for $58,975.
The Technology Package includes seating for seven passengers, while the Advance Package features a six-passenger interior with second-row captain's chairs and large second-row center console in place of a three-person bench seat.
The vehicle is powered by a 3.0L V-6 with variable cylinder management that's mated to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. Three motors deliver power to an all-wheel-drive system.
EPA fuel economy ratings have come in at 26 mpg in city driving, 27 mpg on the highway, and 27 mpg combined.
