Acura will debut its 2015 TLX mid-size luxury sedan as a production model at the New York International Auto Show, following its showing as a prototype at auto shows in Detroit and Chicago earlier this year.
The 2015 TLX, which will replace the TL and TSX sedans, will offer two powertrain — a 2.4L four-cylinder engine mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission with torque converter and a 3.5L V-6 mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Acura's next-gen all-wheel-drive system (called "super-handling all wheel drive") will only be offered with the V-6. Acura has scheduled a press conference for April 16 to unveil the new sedan, according to a release.
