The acquisition, part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy, became final just seven months after ABRA introduced glass operations in the Charlotte metro area.
ABRA’s portfolio now includes 266 repair centers in 20 states.
“We’ve purchased a well-established and respected brand and are proud to be able to continue to service Interstate’s customers in Raleigh and the surrounding area,” said Jim Richardson, ABRA vice president of auto glass. “We appreciate the tremendous support we’ve received and look forward to showing customers our innovative service model.”
