ABRA Auto Body and Glass Adds N.C. Locations
The collision repair giant acquires four Interstate Glass centers in the Raleigh area.
ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a leading collision repair company, announced the acquisition of four Interstate Glass centers in greater Raleigh, N. C.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition, part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy, became final just seven months after ABRA introduced glass operations in the Charlotte metro area.
ABRA’s portfolio now includes 266 repair centers in 20 states.
“We’ve purchased a well-established and respected brand and are proud to be able to continue to service Interstate’s customers in Raleigh and the surrounding area,” said Jim Richardson, ABRA vice president of auto glass. “We appreciate the tremendous support we’ve received and look forward to showing customers our innovative service model.”
