The Annual World Car Awards will honor the winner of this year’s World Green Car at the New York International Automobile Show this April. The five finalists will be reviewed and the top three contenders for the prize will be announced at the Geneva International Motor Show on March 4.

Five experts in "green" technology were appointed by the World Car Awards Steering Committee to extensively review all documentation and specs associated with each candidate on the list of nominees.
