Automotive Fleet & AFLA Partner for COVID-19 Webinar

Automotive Fleet magazine has partnered with the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) for its second COVID-19 webinar titled “Real-World Best Practices, Solutions, and Lessons Learned in Managing a Fleet During a Pandemic,” scheduled for Thursday, April 9 at 2pm CST.

Automotive Fleet magazine has partnered with the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) for its second COVID-19 webinar titled “Real-World Best Practices, Solutions, and Lessons Learned in Managing a Fleet During a Pandemic,” scheduled for Thursday, April 9 at 2pm CST, and is sponsored by Mobileye.

This will be a fleet manager roundtable discussion consisting of fleet manager members of the AFLA Commercial Fleet Sounding Board, who will share best practices, solutions, and lessons learned during the pandemic. It will also include a comprehensive video providing a step-by-step demonstration on how to sanitize the exterior and interior of a work vehicle.

Confirmed speakers so far include Matt Betz of DTE Energy, Phil Samuelson of USIC Locating Services, Katie Keeton of Siemens, and Mike Antich of Automotive Fleet magazine.

The first webinar, held on April 26, 2020, was titled “How to Develop a COVID-19 Fleet Plan,” and received 829 registrants. Speakers during the first webinar included Antich and Keeton, as well as Tom Coffey, senior VP, sales, Merchants Fleet; and Natalia Migal, chief risk officer, LeasePlan.

A major component to the webinar included the ability to engage in the conversation by submitting questions live during the presentation. Attendees will also be able to engage in the webinar held on April 9.

Once again for the upcoming webinar, attendance is open to all and there is no limit to how many people wish to register.
