Prior to working at Ametek, Bibbo was manager of fleet and travel for Novo Nordisk, Inc., in Plainsboro, N.J. Bibbo worked at Novo Nordisk from 2006 to 2014, where she managed a $55-million fleet program and a $60-million travel program. As fleet manager, Bibbo managed 4,400 vehicles in the U.S. and Canada. Bibbo managed all facets of Novo Nordisk’s fleet and travel programs, from strategic planning and implementing new initiatives to oversee the day-to-day transactional activities in each area.

Among her accomplishments at Novo Nordisk, Bibbo worked with the company’s fleet management service provider to implement a customized, outsourced fleet administration program that reduced in-house transactional work by 95%. She also successfully managed the transition to a new accident management supplier. In addition, Bibbo revised the accident reporting process and the company’s partnership with its insurance claims reporting vendor. She also implemented a customized vehicle inventory management program with its leasing company to better assign vehicles to new hires and retrieve vehicles from terminated employees.

In 2013, Bibbo was one of the three finalists for Automotive Fleet's Professional Fleet Manager of the Year award in recognition of her successful initiatives at Novo Nordisk that reduced maintenance costs by 2%, depreciation costs by 11%, and preventable accidents per million miles by 3%.

During her career, Bibbo served on various industry advisory boards, such as the NAFA Corporate Fleet Advisory Council, AFLA Commercial Fleet Manager Sounding Board, Wheels Client Steering Council, Fleet Response Advisory Board, and World Travel, Inc.

In 2010, Automotive Fleet recognized Bibbo with its Environmental Leadership Award, after she reduced CO2 emissions at Novo Nordisk by 3% per mile.

While under GE Healthcare ownership, Bibbo was an indirect sourcing leader from 2004 to 2006. Her specialty categories were fleet and travel; however, she also participated in sourcing contingent labor, office supplies, and other indirect areas.

Bibbo received a B.S. degree in accounting from The College of New Jersey in 1990.
