Driving Dynamics, Inc. has hired Tracy Caldwell as its risk and safety services consultant for the Newark, Delaware-based provider of driver training to fleets in North America.

Caldwell comes to the role from Element Fleet Management and will report to Debbie Balestra, vice president of client relations. She has been certified  as a defensive driver instructor by the National Safety Council.

In her new role, Caldwell will oversee sales of the company's DrivActiv online learning product, as well as creation of custom client safety policy lessons. She will also manage the company's learning management system and motor vehicle records service. She will manage enrollment logistics of the company's behind-the-wheel driver safety training courses and conduct product demonstrations of the company's web-based services.

In her prior role with Toronto-based Element, she served as a safety subject matter expert and worked to develop custom safety programs for clients. Caldwell resides in New Park, Pennsylvania.
