This year’s conference comes with a new date and location. The seventh annual conference will be hosted at the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson, Nev., which is located a few miles south of the Las Vegas strip, on Oct. 29-31.
In a climate where road fatality rates have been on the rise, safety has become an increasingly important aspect for fleets and senior management. Educational sessions at this year’s Fleet Safety Conference will aid in fleet managers’ task of keeping their drivers safe and minimizing corporate liability exposure.
There will be educational sessions for all fleet types, with separate educational tracks for light-duty and medium-duty / heavy-duty fleets.
For light-duty fleets, educational sessions will cover the successful implementation of safety programs, tomorrow’s safety technology, practical uses of telematics, driver risk assessment best practices, and more.
For medium-duty / heavy-duty fleets, educational sessions will tackle topics such as how video and data are changing crash investigations, the ROI for heavy vehicle safety technologies, using ELD exemptions and guidance to increase revenue, driver training best practices that are being successfully used abroad, and more.
This year’s Fleet Safety Conference is trending to have a record number of fleet manager attendees and presenters, which will allow you to learn from your peers.
Attendees that register before Sept. 28, 2018 can save $110 on their registration price.
To register, visit the conference’s registration page. The show’s full schedule is available here.
