Ingersoll Rand has named Dean Dunton, PMP, its fleet and safety manager for North America in a promotion that gives him fleet management responsibilities. Previously, Dunton was senior fleet and safety specialist for Ingersoll Rand.

Dean succeeds Jonathan Kamanns who has been named supplier relationship management director at Ingersoll Rand, which has expanded his responsibilities to include fleet, global mobility and contingent labor services as part of a newly developed supplier relationship management (SRM) function.

Kamanns' responsibilities will include strategically planning for, and managing, the post-contract interactions with Ingersoll Rand suppliers in order to maximize the value of those relationships and ultimately define their mutually beneficial successes.
