Dmochowsky to Head Mondelez 8,500-Vehicle Global Fleet
John Dmochowsky, CAFM, has been promoted to senior manager, global fleet management for Mondelēz International, where he will be responsible for the company's global fleet of 8,500 vehicles.

John Dmochowsky, CAFM, has been promoted to senior manager, global fleet management for Mondelēz International, effective Sept. 30. In his new position, Dmochowsky will be responsible for the Mondelēz global fleet of 8,500 vehicles.
Dmochowsky will lead the implementation of the global initiatives in the Mondelēz company vehicles cost package. In this role, John will provide the leadership and the functional expertise as it relates to getting to best-in-class fleet management practices and cost structure.
Prior to this, Dmochowsky was senior sales fleet manager for Mondelēz US. Dmochowsky joined Kraft in 1983 as a sales representative. He took on the role of managing the sales fleet operations in 2001 and led the creation of the Mondelēz fleet, which was spun off from Kraft in 2012.
Dmochowsky is active in industry associations and he currently serves on the AFLA Board of Directors and GM Commercial Sounding Board. He served as AFLA president from 2013 to 2014. He was a finalist for the 2012 and 2015 Automotive Fleet Professional Fleet Manager of the Year award.
