The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has named Donlen, a provider of financing and fleet management solutions, as one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, according to Donlen.

Before deciding the company that would receive the recognition, an outside firm needed to evaluate each company that was in the running on an 11-category system. Examples of those categories include compensation, benefits and employee solutions, engagement and retention, and work-life balance.

"We have developed a culture that empowers our employees to grow and be successful."

Donlen will receive its award on July 10 at the Chicago Oak Brook Marriott.
