Florida Power & Light Wins Best Commercial Fleet at NAFA I&E
NAFA honors the industry’s best at the 2026 I&E, with Florida Power & Light earning the top spot among commercial fleets.

NAFA announced this year’s 2026 100 Best Fleets in the Americas. This program recognizes excellence in both public and commercial fleet operations, as well as the Fleet Professional and Fleet Technician of the Year. Recipients were honored over the last three days during NAFA’s 2026 Institute & Expo (I&E) in Cleveland.
The event also featured the presentation of the Tom Johnson Award, which honors exceptional fleet professionals for their leadership and long-term dedication to the industry.
“We are proud to recognize this group of outstanding leaders who have demonstrated superb achievements in operational efficiency, safety, sustainability, and innovation,” said Bill Schankel, CAE, CEO of NAFA. “This year, we received applications that showcased the growing commitment to excellence within the fleet management profession. The 100 Best Fleets recognition continues to inspire innovation and best practices, and we commend all of this year’s winners for their unwavering dedication to improving fleet operations.”
