Merchants Fleet Introduces UFOFLEET, A Digital Solutions Tool
Merchant's Fleet adopted UFOFLEET to improve both the driver and customer experience through centralized, mobile control centers that provide operational insights.

Merchants Fleet built FleetShare on UFOFLEET back in 2023, with the control center and client data readily available to fleet managers as a digital tool.

Merchants Fleet is introducing new digital solutions on the UFOFLEET platform to improve the user experience for both fleet customers and drivers. The two companies announced an expanded partnership.
In 2023, Merchants built FleetShare on UFOFLEET. FleetShare is a driver-focused, mobile platform for fleets, managed through a centralized control center for fleet managers with client data integration for operational insights. Merchants deployed FleetShare across high-performing fleets and last-mile delivery providers.
Merchants Fleet used UFOFLEET-Experience to progressively integrate advanced features: simplified key control with Keycafe, transparent PAVE AI inspections, digital contract management, and asset-level data insights.
Merchants Fleet uses UFOFLEET-Automation to automate FleetShare operations — from allocation to maintenance — turning fragmented activities into workflows.
"We are on a mission to make fleet management as efficient, simple, and stress-free as possible for our clients," said Jeff Nieman, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Merchants Fleet. "As client needs evolve and the fleet market expands, we look for partnerships that will help us meet both with excellence. Every detail matters, and UFOFLEET has allowed us to automate systematically. I'm very excited about what comes next for our clients."
UFOFLEET was launched in 2023 by the creators of UFODRIVE. Leveraging their background in cloud banking, UFOFLEET was designed to help fleet businesses use modular technology to elevate the customer experience and automate legacy processes.
"We want to give automotive and fleet leaders the same tools that banks and financial services use to modernize their experience," said Aidan McClean, CEO and Co-founder of UFOFLEET. "With UFODRIVE, we broke down the silos, monoliths, and manual overlays that kept car rental from evolving. That was successful, and with UFOFLEET, we're doing the same for every type of use, from lease to last mile. Merchants Fleet is one of our first and most valued customers. We were able to prove our technology in a complex ecosystem and learn extensively from the Merchants' experts."
