Cardata, a provider of vehicle reimbursement solutions, has launched Cardata Intelligence, an analytics platform designed to help organizations manage and assess vehicle reimbursement programs.

Cardata Intelligence replaces spreadsheets and older tools with a reporting system that reduces manual tasks and improves time-to-insight by an estimated 70%. Users can edit custom reports, run natural language queries and set alerts based on key performance indicators and policy thresholds without relying on analysts or support staff.

“We’ve added a large language model to our database, allowing users to run natural language queries and access automated insights into their vehicle programs—how they operate, where they are effective, and how to improve them,” said Haywood Marsh, CEO of Cardata.

Instead of identifying issues at the end of the month, administrators receive alerts and AI-identified anomalies in real time, allowing them to address compliance issues, budget concerns or operational inefficiencies immediately.

Key features include:

  • Smart alerts for cost spikes or unusual mileage patterns

  • Customizable dashboards organized by region, department or driver group

  • Scheduled reports sent directly to HR, finance, fleet and other teams

  • Otto, a natural-language assistant for filtering reports using plain language

Initial users report quicker decision-making and improved oversight. HR teams automate compliance reviews, finance staff monitor regional reimbursement trends without manual data entry and administrators detect mileage outliers more efficiently.
