Fleet managers: Now is your chance to share feedback on the performance of your fleet management company (FMC).
Automotive Fleet and Work Truck magazines have launched a national survey to assess how well FMCs are meeting the needs of today’s commercial, government, utility, and vocational fleets. The 2025 FMC Performance Survey is now live and will remain open through August 14.
This confidential survey is designed to identify industry strengths and areas for improvement across a wide range of FMC services, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, compliance, safety programs, tech platforms, customer service, and more.
The survey includes sections on:
Core service performance (leasing, acquisition, upfitting, disposal)
Operational support (maintenance, accident management, fuel/tolls, telematics)
Strategic value (analytics, platform usability, alignment with cost and safety goals)
Optional open-ended feedback and service gap experiences
“Fleet management companies are essential to every part of the fleet industry, and so fleet managers rely on FMCs to keep their operations running smoothly. With this survey, we’re giving them a platform to honestly evaluate how well that promise is being delivered,” said Chris Brown, associate publisher of Automotive Fleet.
All responses are anonymous. Results will be aggregated and shared in an upcoming editorial analysis online and in the third quarter print issue of Automotive Fleet. No individual FMCs will be named.
If you're a fleet manager using one or more FMCs, your input is essential. Help shape the next wave of fleet support and innovation by participating today.
The deadline is Monday, August 5. Take the survey by using this link.
