NAFA is gearing up to host a virtual seminar designed to help provide fleet professionals with tools to improve their operations. The Essentials of Fleet Management Seminar (EFMS Virtual) is set for Feb. 10-13, 2025.
What to Expect
The seminar will offer hands-on learning and access to tools to enhance commercial fleet managers' skills and knowledge in fleet operations.
“This virtual seminar offers a unique opportunity for fleet professionals to gain practical tools and templates that can be implemented right away to optimize fleet operations,” NAFA CEO Bill Schankel, CAE said. “We’re excited to connect our attendees with a national network of fleet professionals and provide them with the expertise needed to succeed in today’s dynamic fleet management landscape.”
The EFMS Virtual program is designed to help attendees develop key skills, including:
How to create fleet policy templates
Implement comprehensive grids and matrices
Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) over the lifetime of assets
Participants will also be able to learn more about risk management strategies, Vehicle Equivalency Unit (VEU) analysis, fuel efficiency performance measures, and more.
Attendees will receive a toolkit that includes templates and examples such as a Vehicle Selection Matrix, Risk Management Grid, Lifecycle Cost Analysis Spreadsheet, Policy Templates, VEU Analysis Worksheet, Fleet Reporting Matrix, and Fuel Efficiency Performance Measures.
These resources will help fleet professionals optimize their operations and better manage their fleet’s performance.
