Donlen announced on Feb. 17 that it has been selected for the 2022 Global Outsourcing 100 list by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). This is the 12th consecutive year and 16 out of the last 17 years that Donlen has won this award.
“We are honored that our clients speak so highly of Donlen and continue to trust us with their fleet management strategies,” said Jim Wohlever, Donlen senior VP of customer experience. “After two unpredictable pandemic years, it’s gratifying to see that our customers attest to our ability to help them navigate through the recent challenging times.”
The announcement explained that the 2022 Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world's best outsourcing service providers and advisors and is awarded based on applications received. Judging uses a rigorous scoring methodology that includes a review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.
"A big thank you and congratulations to the companies named to the 2022 Global Outsourcing 100 for rising to the occasion in a particularly challenging year”, said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill. "Your tenacity, grit, and leadership were critical to ensuring our industry came out the other side of the global pandemic, and we’re pleased to recognize you for your quality and performance excellence.”
In October 2021, a merger between Wheels and Donlen was announced. Donlen has 140+ years of collective fleet industry experience and manages more than 525,000 vehicles in North America. Through its partnership with ALD Automotive, Wheels Donlen provides services to clients in 59 countries worldwide.
