Fleetio has added Discount Tire to its maintenance provider network, the company announced.

Fleetio’s maintenance provider network powers its shop integration feature, which automates third-party maintenance processes from repair order approvals to billing. Discount Tire, one of the largest independent retailer of tires and wheels, brings an additional 1,070 shops to the 44,500 national and independent shops already in the network.

The partnership enables Discount Tire customers who also use Fleetio to automate approval and billing processes and benefit from competitive pricing. Repair orders will be automatically captured at the Discount Tire point of sale and service data will flow directly into Fleetio. Fleet managers can set approval parameters to auto-approve service transactions, or choose to approve or deny repair orders electronically.

This will generate and store up-to-date, detailed service records as well as trigger service reminders within Fleetio.

In addition to offering competitive pricing to Fleetio customers, Discount Tire will also provide flat repair, tire rotation, rebalance, and TPMS reset at no charge on any transactions processed through Fleetio, regardless of where the tires were purchased.
