May 18, 2017 - Press Release

Merchants Fleet Management has been certified as a great workplace today by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work for a second year, the fleet management company announced.

Merchants earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. A summary of these ratings can be found here.

"Once again, we heard some great feedback from our employees, said Glen Villano, CEO of Merchants Fleet Management. "Some of the key highlights include our unique benefits and our contributions to the community. One statistic that speaks volumes is 94% of those surveyed say they take great pride in working at Merchants."

Villano went on to explain how all efforts made to make Merchants a Great Place to Work is the reason for the high score in the pride category.

The survey presented to the employees contained questions ranging from overall satisfaction of their work environment, benefit reviews, management, community relations and much more.
