James Howard Rowe, retired manager, personnel transportation services and automotive fleet services for General Mills in Minneapolis, MN, passed away in March 1993 at the age of 70. Rowe retired from General Mills in 1984 following a 31-year career with the company. Rowe was a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from NAFA.
