At age 72, Mike Antich passed away on December 19, 2025.
This video is our way of honoring his contributions not only to the field of fleet, but to the lives of those around him. He was born on November 1, 1953, in San Pedro, California, and later broke into the publishing industry with Interface Age, where he soon began specializing in translating new tech into everyday operations for fleet professionals.
Antich was the associate publisher of Automotive Fleet and contributed to the brand for nearly four decades, from 1985 to 2023. He played an integral role in building the brands of Bobit Business Media as he wrote more than 5,000 articles and attended countless industry events.
Mike wasn't just a fleet professional. He was an admirable, well-loved man.
This video honors that by covering:
How he recognized and remembered others.
How he made complex topics digestible to make a real-world impact.
How he asked intentional questions and never forgot to take notes. He was dedicated to asking the things that mattered.
His thoughtful and inspiring mentorship style
His values: faith, relationships, and family came first.
