Starting May 1, 2002, General Motors launches a new retail marketing program that will offer $1,000, $2,000, or $3,000 customer cash on the purchase of all new 2002 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac-GMC cars and trucks through July 1.
