Ford to Build New V-6 at Ohio Plant

Ford Motor Co. said on July 15 that it would spend $335 million to retool its Lima, OH engine plant to build up to 325,000 V-6 engines per year. The new engine is to be used in a variety of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury cars and SUVs. Production will begin by the end of 2005.
