Then space tightened up, and the rental operations moved farther away from the airport hub. To transport their customers from terminal to car, rental companies turned to the shuttle bus. Shuttle buses have become "moving billboards" - important, highly visible symbols of corporate identity. "There are marketing benefits from the shuttles, no question about it," says Ken Bruno. manager of national bus programs and special equipment for Avis Rent A car Systems, Inc. For 2012, Nissan's Altima Sedan is again available in three models, the 2.5 CVT and 2.5 S CVT featuring a 175-horsepower 2.5L inline four-cylinder, and the 3.5 SR CVT with a standard 270-horsepower 3.5L V-6 engine. The 2012 model-year marked the final year of the fourth-generation Altima that debuted with the 2007-MY.
