DES PLAINES, IL – Wheels, Inc., has launched a French version of DriverView Ordering – an Internet-based driver tool. “We are pleased to launch this program for our French speaking drivers in Canada,” said Steve Somers, general manager of Wheels Leasing Canada, Ltd. DriverView was launched in 1999 to help lessen the administrative burden of the fleet office by providing an easy way for drivers to place orders and to check order status online. Features were continually advanced to enable mileage reporting, personal use reporting, and communication of fleet policy information from the fleet office to the drivers. In early 2005, Wheels continued to enhance DriverView by adding the ability for Canadian drivers to purchase company-approved driver-paid options with a credit card. With this latest release of DriverView in French, Wheels has also integrated its most recent enhancement, allowing for the ordering and upfitting of light- and medium-duty trucks and vans. Wheels’ most recent satisfaction survey reported that 98 percent of drivers who use DriverView find it easy to use.
