DES PLAINES, IL – Wheels, Inc. and Onlane, Inc. recently hosted an educational event highlighting strategies for successful vehicle remarketing. The event, which took place on Jun. 13 at Onlane’s Toronto headquarters, drew an audience of fleet executives from Wheels’ clients throughout Canada.
Highlights of the day-long event, which was also available to Wheels’ clients via Webcast, included a demonstration of Wheels’ state-of-the-art online remarketing tools, an in-depth view of Wheels’ Canadian remarketing operations, and an overview of Wheels’ multi-channel remarketing strategy.
Onlane is a provider of online, customized remarketing solutions for the automotive industry. In addition to Internet auction remarketing through Onlane, Wheels offers options that include traditional auctions, grounding dealer sales, and sales through wholesaler channels for remarketing vehicles in Canada.
Online remarketing potential and growth was a major area of interest for attendees, and Canadian dealers have embraced Web-based remarketing programs that enhance cross-provincial selling capabilities. Wheels addresses this trend by offering dealers throughout Canada immediate access via the Web to vehicles as they become available in any location.
