Volkswagen has named Steve Kuertz as its Eastern Region fleet account manager, after Kuertz spend two years as an area fleet manager in the United Kingdom, the company announced.

Kuertz, who will be based in Washington, D.C., will be responsible 11 states, eastern Pennsylvania, and D.C. He replaces Kurstan Sexton, who left the role in late August to move into a new position at Volkswagen.

While in the United Kingdom, Kuertz worked with several of the largest corporate fleets in that country. Prior to joining Volkswagen two years ago, Kuertz worked in various industries over the past 16 years, where he provided strategic consulting.
