HOUSTON – U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems, a provider of universal fleet fueling and maintenance cards, has added several new product enhancements to its Voyager Fleet Commander Online account management software, giving fleet administrators more flexibility, greater insight and more control.

Voyager Fleet Commander Online is a secure, Internet-based account management software that gives fleet managers total access to observe, update, track and manage fleet card accounts and operations. With the enhancements, fleet administrators can more efficiently manage fleet card data by changing user settings, which can filter information on a user-by- user basis. Additional graphing options have been added, allowing fleet administrators to easily view and compare information at a glance, such as the transactions and dollar spent among the various oil companies.

Enhanced reporting will now display product-level spend in both fuel and non- fuel categories with the option to exhibit total units, total dollars and the average price per unit. With this enhanced level of data, a user can retrieve the total dollar spend by product for their entire organization.

Fleet Administrators now have the option to setup a user with a combination of viewing and/or editing for fleet cards, drivers and vehicles. This more refined permission structure gives users greater flexibility with how they view the system and gives fleet administrators the option to approach user setups in a new way, which allows for greater controls and flexibility.
