“Toyota and Lexus Financial Services (TFS and LFS) strives to be a high-performing company by continuously improving our products and services for our customers. As a result, our auction partners must challenge themselves to become the most innovative and efficient locations in the remarketing industry,” said Mike Reid, national remarketing manager at TFS/LFS. “We understand how much effort is put forth to achieve this award, and we want to recognize the entire auction staff for making the TFS and LFS experience the best that it can be for our dealers. That being said, the Premier Award program is enhanced to meet the increasing demands of our dealers every year, and all auctions are rewarded when performance expectations are met. Each of the winning auctions worked extremely hard, ensuring that exceptional service was delivered while administering the TFS/LFS account. It is also great to see a variety of winning auctions representing Manheim, ADESA, and, for the first time, the Independent auctions via Norwalk Auto Auction. We thank and congratulate all of our 2012 Premier Award recipients.”

Recipients of the award are high-performers in four key remarketing categories: (1) Administration, (2) Operations, (3) Sales, and (4) Retention. The Premier Award recognizes the dedication auction sites and TFS/LFS Remarketing share in their efforts to ensure a constantly improving quality of service for both parties.

“The Premier Auction awards have become the benchmark for successful collaboration with our auction partners,” said Louis Verrengia, Vice President of Sales, National Accounts, Manheim. “Through this program, TFS defines a meaningful process, then rewards the entire auction team for achieving the objectives set for partnered success. Manheim thanks TFS for recognizing the hard work the Premier Auctions provide throughout the year.”

In 2011, 17 auto auction sites partnered with TFS/LFS to sell more than 92,959 Toyota and Lexus vehicles. The TFS/LFS Premier Auction Awards not only distinguish the year’s best overall performers, they also allow the company to help set the bar across the remarketing industry.

“It is the goal of ADESA Dallas to be at the top of the Premier Rankings in December,” said Ken Osborn, General Manager. “We follow every month’s results. We plot our rank and work on any improvements we can because the competition is strong and close. It was a great feeling to receive this award after an entire year of selling vehicles.”

Lou Rudich, General Manager, Norwalk Auto Auction, said, “We are honored to be associated with Toyota Financial Services, and to be named a Premier Auction in our first year of eligibility. The TFS Remarketing Team’s emphasis on continuous improvement (Kaizen) is a model for us to follow. This honor is a reflection of the partnership we have built with TFS, and the hard work and dedication of Bill Corbett, Liz Ferris, and the rest of ‘Team Toyota’ here at Norwalk Auto Auction.”
