SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval has announced that R. Mark Tognetti has joined the company as vice president, information technology strategy and enterprise architecture. He will primarily be responsible for ensuring that PHH’s technology helps PHH achieve its business vision and delivers the greatest client value. Tognetti comes to PHH from TVM Partners, a technology management consultancy he founded that was focused on helping clients derive the maximum value from technology. Prior to that, he was co-founder of ComVersant, LLC, an eBusiness consulting company. He has also held a number of lead IT and product development roles in a variety of industries, including publishing, electronics distribution, and consulting. He holds a B.S. in management information systems from Clarkson University. He is a resident of Frederick, Md.
