TREVOSE, PA — CEI, a global provider of accident and risk management services to vehicle fleets and direct repair program outsourcing for property and casualty companies, has promoted three employees to senior management positions to help generate and support future worldwide business growth. Stephen J. Enoch has been named director of information technology. Enoch joined CEI in 2001 as manager of applications and quality assurance. In his new post, Enoch will have overall responsibility for the creation, implementation, and enhancement of the company’s proprietary Web-based technologies that support and provide interactive capabilities for CEI customers. Enoch recently directed the internationalization of CEI’s proprietary client technology for the company’s expan-sion into Europe, including the translation of applications into seven foreign languages. “In his new role, Steve will expand his management role as CEI continues to grow globally,” said Wayne Smolda, CEI’s founder, president, and CEO. “He and his team will lead the introduction of a number of new technologies that will position our businesses for the long term as a world-class technology company.” Vincent R. Brigidi has been promoted from manager to director of strategic account services, a department that Brigidi created in 2003 to streamline strategic and day-to-day relations with all of CEI’s corporate and organizational clients. Brigidi first joined CEI in 1994 as a customer service representative. After spending time with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Washington, D.C., Brigidi returned to CEI in late-1999 as manager of systems and process integration. Ryan Woolfenden has been named senior manager, business process, with responsibility for the critical evaluation of CEI’s delivery of its accident and risk management services. Reporting to Charles Cooper, CEI Director of Service Operations, Woolfenden will be responsible for maintaining and advancing client service levels. Woolfenden steps into the position after a nine-month tour of duty in Barcelona, Spain, where he helped launch CEI-Europe by introducing local employees to CEI’s service technologies and procedures. He joined CEI in 1993 as a quality control specialist, after having served as a licensed independent field appraiser for Crawford & Co. of Broomall, Pa.
