Tesla, NYC Garages Partner in EV Charging
Tesla Motors is partnering with two dozen parking garages in New York City to offer 240-volt electric vehicle (EV) charging for Tesla owners, reported The New York Times.

Tesla Motors is partnering with two dozen parking garages in New York City to offer 240-volt electric vehicle (EV) charging for Tesla owners, reported The New York Times.
The partnership is designed to allow Tesla owners in New York to park at participating garages on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis, according to a Tesla spokesperson quoted in the story. Tesla plans to sign several dozen more New York garages to the EV charging partnership in upcoming months.
Garages offering the service will determine the additional cost (if any) to be added to their parking fees, added the Tesla spokesperson.
