NoCell Technologies, a provider of commercial-grade distracted driving solutions, has announced the appointment of Tara Lawson as vice president of sales.

Lawson has more than 20 years of experience working with top U.S. transportation companies to help them gain efficiencies and reduce risk and exposure to litigation and audits. Her knowledge of the legal, compliance, and litigation implications fleets face on a day-to-day basis will provide added credibility when presenting the NoCell distracted driving solution, the company said in a news release on Jan. 25.

“I am excited to be part of an organization whose goal is to eliminate distracted driving and save lives,” Lawson said. “I look forward to working with this amazing team to increase market awareness of this cutting-edge technology solution.I began my career in this industry and have been fortunate over the years to assist in the development of new solutions to commercial trucking industry challenges, and to be a part of driving the success of these new products in this market.”

Sam Inman, Nocell Technologies CEO, said Lawson’s previous industry experience will serve as a great asset to the rapidly growing team. “Tara comes to us with years of experience, along with a stellar reputation, in the commercial trucking industry,” he said. “She has a track record of repeated success with all the companies for which she has led the sales team. I am highly confident she will help our team continue on its rapid pace of growth in the coming months. I am delighted she is joining NoCell Technologies to build on the momentum in the market for our NoCell platform.”
